Goldminco Corporation (GCP) is a is a junior mining and exploration company registered in Canada with headquarters in West Perth, Western Australia. The company's primary focus is on the discovery of a major world-class porphyry deposit.
The company is in the business of exploration and development of mining properties.

Goldminco holds more than 2,000 square kilometers of exploration tenements in the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt (LFB) of New South Wales, Australia. This is the one of the largest holding in the LFB, which is host to several world-class porphyry copper and gold deposits.
The tenements are predominately 100-percent owned and operated by Goldminco and have a range of active projects for gold and porphyry copper/gold. Joint ventures have been established with significant mining companies, including Barrick and Straits Resources.
Goldminco holds a number of advanced stage projects, including Discovery Ridge (Blayney Project) and the Dam (Temora Project) which both have significant previously announced resources.
An active development program is ongoing to develop a gold operation in the Blayney region based on the Browns Creek and Discovery Ridge deposits and surrounding area. A joint venture has now been approved with Straits funding $5 million towards the feasibility study.
The company has a strong supporter base with Straits Resources owning approximately 55 per cent and Anglo Pacific Group 15 percent and is actively drilling at a number of projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt.
